Stay safe, be kind, stay well.
At Jaguar Experience we expect everyone to maintain Social Distancing of 2m (6ft) and avoid unnecessary contact at all times.
There is signage in place around the venue along with floor markers to keep everyone at a safe distance.
There is an expectation within the Jaguar Experience Centre that it is OK to challenge, and accept being challenged on maintaining Social Distancing. We do this with your safety at the forefront of our minds.
Our room capacities have been amended to ensure that social distancing can be maintained. Along with this there are one way systems around the venue to manage the safe flow of our guests and employees.
At Jaguar Experience we are committed to ensuring the buildings cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. We have enhanced our cleaning schedule along with securing additional resource to satisfy the requirement.
We ask that you please maintain good hand hygiene. Regularly wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and / or utilise hand sanitiser dispensers that are located around site
Safety screens have been installed at our registration desks and our front of house team will wear visors when speaking with guests.
A cleaning schedule will be produced for each event and extensive pre and post event cleans will take place.
We have removed all stationary items (notepads/pens/flipcharts) from the event spaces.
YOUR EVENT SAFETY
You will be assigned a dedicated Event Manager who will work closely with you at all stages of the event journey.
The Events Team have been fully briefed on the new implemented safety measures and will provide support in bringing your event concept to life in line with the restrictions we currently face.
We ask that the event is digitised as much as possible, so no lanyards, badges or handouts are used.
All delegates must pre-register for the event and your event manager will need to see site of this confirmed list. Delegates will need to sign in on arrival, this process supports the requirement for track and trace.
HYBRID CONFERENCING TECHNOLOGY

Streaming your event is a practical solution, making content accessible to people you might not otherwise be able to reach, with no geographical or venue size constraints
We can provide additional breakout spaces to support video conferencing, allowing more people to attend your event
The events team are knowledge to talk you through which solution would most suit your event.
Our working practices will be continually reviewed and updated in line with Government and NHS guidance. Please view our Covid-19 safety film.
